Could someone please explain amino activation and its significance as regards to protein synthesis?

O.K. the activation of aminos occurs only when sythesis is complete. It takes the proteins to get the aminos ready for activation. Much like protein fueling muscle groups it has an equally impressive energy function along with the amino acid function. Hence the dormancy of the polypeptide in sucralose, or dynamic reproduction of nuclei. No, I am just playing, I haven't a clue. What grade are you in 24th?
