I know this isn't exactly the right spot..but need advice about college etc?

First off, the first thing you need to think about is getting the money up to pay for college... financial aide is there but the chances of you and/or him getting 100% is very low- due to the fact that you both have had jobs at the same time, and they will also go by your tax return that you just did.... grant it you will not have to pay back until after schooling is done... but also look into what jobs are readily available in your area... you do not want to go for something that is not really available for when he is out of school or you. I made that mistake- a 10 thousand dollar one to be exact.... Your family has no right ing in to your family business on who goes to college first.... It is not their place to tell you what is RIGHT for you and your hubby to do... if you feel he should go first have him go...
