How can i loosen a stiff neck?

I was at the foo fighters gig at wembley last night and hurt my neck. last night it was fine but this morning i woke up all achey and everything has stopped acheing now but my neck is still really really stiff. I cant touch my chin to my chest because the back pulls and wont let me take it any further.
