I'm a sopre at high school and I'm wondering which colleges I can probably get into.?

This is what I've done or gotten so far. I got a 191 on my PSATs (61 on critical reading, 65 on math and 65 on writing) which is in the 93rd percentile out of the juniors. I am top 5% of my cl, and all my final averages last year were above 90s. But, all my cles last year were regents cles. This year, so far, the only grade under a 90 is gym, which I've gotten an 86 in and I'm in all the five honors. I'm in the National Art Society, Science Honor Society, Pre-med, World Hunger Action club, and Key Club, I've also done 150 hours of volunteering at a hospital. I'm taking AP English, AP Spanish, AP US History, AP Psyche, AP Studio Art, Honors Chemistry, Honors Math B and either gym or science research next year.
