Has anyone else been curious of the activity around the world since announcement of the bailout ?

Iran says it's less scared of the U.S. about it's nuclear plans, Russia just today sent warships to Venezuela for "military exercise," and Korea may be starting up it's nuclear activities...crazy, huh? Economy is a very important issue, but obviously national security is also. Which nominee is more qualified to deal with these issues
