Do you think that the buddhist priests in Asia(Siberia) are hiding things from us?

Like ancient martial arts unknown to the Western world. Do you think that they hide many things from the Western world out of fear that we will abuse that power? Do you think that they know how to use universal power like chi if it even exists?
