Did I make stew or chowder With Recipe!?
You made one HELL of a chowder. I'd have added the actual oysters alot later (like a minute before serving), but other than that it sounds fantastic. I learned to cook on Cape Cod, M, where chowder's are a pion. My hats' off to you!
