What's the best book to buy a teenage mum-to-be?

I'd like to buy a straightforward book that's full of good advice and easy to read. She's pretty much by herself and doesn't have family to support her. Tips on parenting and all the basics to look after the baby? Plus with some advice on how she can look after herself when it gets tough. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated : )
