After hysterectomy... before surgery pain - is back. What is hurting me?

I am 29 and had a hyst. 3 years ago and I had that same problem I would say have your ovaries checked again but most likely it is your body trying to heal, That's what mine was!!! I hope everything is OK!! GOOD LUCK!!!!!!!!!
