Fallout New Vegas Tips, Companions, Fun Quests, Hidden Guns?

I beat the main Quest on the game in like 2 days, the game seams WAY shorter than Fallout 3 was. What are some cool things to do? Any GOOD hard to get guns? I have the Wild Wasteland Trait and the only thing weird I've found is the Alien Blaster. What are all of the companions, & where do I get them? I know how to get Rex that's it... Just anything cool in the game that will make it worth my money, I payed 60$ for it and I'm bored with everything already.
