How will history remember this generation's music?

I think that it depends on what kind of music you listen to. For metalheads, we will remember this time for all of the great metal music that has been released. Just like Iron Maiden, Metallica, Slayer, Megadeth, Testament, etc. are remembered now, metalheads will remember the great bands coming out today. However, history as a whole will most likely remember this time period full of the crappy pop music that we have.
