What to wear with a White leopard print tube dress?

i respect your personal style but i think the combo of the short tight dress and those particular boots, it would come off kind of hooker and unless you're going for that look.. i'd pick a plain black pump or smallll healed boot. pair it with chunky silver or gold chain and chunky earrings, would be super cute. also do you hair and makeup kind of vintage, pin up style with soft curls, cat eye and red lip. that would be pretty.
