Don't worry about missing cereal. You can always use soy milk, which sorta tastes like milk. I think it tastes better, because they put it in different flavors like vanilla. It'll make your cereal taste better! As for dairy products, you have no choice but to abandon them. Obviously anything containing dairy; cheese, milk, french toast, cut it out! If you bought something from a store and you think that it contains dairy, check the nutritional value area.
