I have usa b1 b2 visa for the last 15 years - i have a commercial property in usa- want to have greencard?

am living between usa michigan and kuwait .. and want to relocate in usa michigan ..i want to have the greencard .. can i change the b1 b2 base on my property or any other legal solution .. pls reply to kuwaitforkifts@yahoo.com
