A stray cat keeps peeing on my front screen door, #1 how do I remove the smell #2 how do i deter it?

I haven't caught the cat in the act, however the smell comes under my front door into the house and now all I can smell is the cat urine, even after I wipe it up with cleaner and a rag. So, so frustrated!
